At MVR Landscaping, we provide comprehensive repair services, including repairs for steps, walls, patios, walkways, and driveways.

 

For properly installed projects with a solid foundation, repairs should not be necessary for 15–20 years. If repair work is required within five years of the original installation, it often indicates an issue with the foundation or drainage.

 

We can perform a complimentary core sample test at your property to determine the best course of action. Based on our findings, we may recommend one of the following:

 

- Repair to Original Finish: For simple repairs where we work with the existing foundation, we provide a workmanship warranty, but we cannot warranty against future sinking or shifting since we did not build the original base.

- New Foundation Excavation: In many cases where the gravel base is insufficient/none existent, we recommend excavating and building a new foundation to our standard. This prevents future sinking and shifting and includes our standard five-year warranty on all sinking, shifting and drainage.
