While the final appearance, level, grade and slope of your patio are important, the long-term durability is determined by the quality of the base. A faulty base—due to incorrect aggregate or insufficient depth—can cause the finished product to fail within 2-3 years.

 

To ensure your patio lasts for many years, MVR Landscaping exceeds industry standards by excavating a minimum of one foot (12 inches) deep and using high-quality aggregate that is properly compacted in layers.

 

We are confident in our installation process, which is why we provide an industry-leading 5-year warranty on all projects where we install the foundation.
